Fun Club-Before and After School Care-(GRADES K-5) Challenges, stimulation and fun ideas are what our school-age program isSall about. This age group has talents, skills to develop, energy, and huge reservoirs of creativity. Let our well-trained staff work with your child to help him/her grow in spirit, mind, and body. All activities incorporate our core values of respect,responsibility, caring, and honesty.
8th Period- After School Care-(MIDDLE SCHOOL) This program is the place for middle school-aged teens to hang out after school. No matter the activity, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Home School Fitness -A fitness-based program for ages 4-18 that focuses on overall conditioning in team sports (basketball, dodgeball, floor
hockey, lacrose, soccer, volleyball) and individual sports. Program will run on Monday and Thursday's from 1p-2:30p. This is free for members and a $6 drop in fee will be charged per child per visit. Play Pals. This is a program for 2 and 3 year olds and a caregiver to come and play together with other families! At this age your child is filled with curiosity and exploration. In this hands-on class, emphasis is placed on socialization, discovery learning, and creativity through arts, gym, music, and cooperative activities. Click here for more information.
Lakes and Grapes Century Ride. The 2015 Fredericksburg Orthopedics Associates Lakes and Grapes Century ride will continue its tradition of bringing you an outstanding route along Virginia's most scenic roads on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 7:00am to 6:30pm. All rides will have rest stops with drinks, food and SAG support. The Century Ride will include the Stonewall Jackson Shrine and picturesque views of Lake Anna. For those riding the 50 and 75 miler, you do not get the lake but you do get the Shrine and the rest stop at the award-winning Lake Anna Winery. There you can taste some of the finest wine in Virginia. Buy your favorites and have the bottles delivered to you at the finish line.
For those new to cycling, we offer a 20 mile guided ride at 9:00am. This will be the perfect course for beginners as a ride leader will be with you all the way. And just like last year, we will be providing some of the best post ride food of any century ride. So come out on September 12th and join us on the rural roads of Virginia! aoa potluck luncheon-50 and older-12:30pm. Here at the Ron Rosner Branch our focus has been primarily social. We have enjoyed several successful luncheons, thanks to the participation of many dedicated volunteers. We always have good food and a great time. Parents Night Out-6:45-10:30pm. Parent’s Night Out is an opportunity for parents to enjoy a night out knowing their children are being cared for in a safe and fun environment! Children ages 18 months to 12 years old will enjoy games, arts and crafts, gym time, swimming (on some nights for children 7 and older), and a movie. Free--For Y members with a family membership. creepy crawly carnival-It is that time of year again for some spooky, silly fun. Visit the Ron Rosner YMCA on Friday, October 16th and Saturday, October 17th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm for our 12th Annual Creepy Crawly Carnival. Come enjoy a variety of activities for the entire family including carnival games, face painting, a moon bounce, a hayride, and a haunted house, all in a safe environment.
10K Run Through history-You will have the privilege of running through one of our National Park Battlefields – you will truly be running through history! The course is 1 loop starting at the Spotsylvania Courthouse Village Pavilion running on Brock Road as a rolling stop from traffic then turning on to Grant Drive in the Spotsylvania Courthouse Battlefield. The course follows the battlefield road taking you around Bloody Angle, Mule Shoe where the Confederate army was attacked by the Union army, by the Harrison and McCoull farms, by Heth’s Salient and Burnside battle locations, and out of the park on Fredericksburg Road. Once you are out of the battlefield you turn right up Courthouse Road and back to the pavilion. All along the way you will see cannons and historical markers and truly get a sense of what came before us.
