The Ron Rosner Family YMCA of Spotsylvania County offers year round swimming lessons for all ages and abilities. Our instructors have experience teaching group, private, adult and special needs lessons.

High-energy, low-impact water aerobics in the water helps to improve strength, conditioning, and cardiovascular health.
Classes are available for many levels of fitness, and specialty classes include arthritis aquatics.

AMERICAN RED CROSS COURSES
Throughout the year the Spotsylvania YMCA will be offering a variety of American Red Cross certifications.
All classes are taught by an American Red Cross certified instructor and are available to both members and non-members. These classes are great for the workplace, church groups, boy scouts and girl scouts. If you would like the YMCA to teach any of the follwing classes to your group or organisation please contact Sarah Ward
